Transcript Qi Qi Pan in their own words

Does more pain mean acupuncture is working better? I'm Qiqi Pan at Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic. You can't judge results that way, and you don't need to prove anything by tolerating pain.

Some people feel aching, fullness, or mild discomfort, but everyone's experience can be different. A stronger sensation doesn't prove a better treatment result. If you feel significant pain, dizziness, or anything that makes you uncomfortable, tell your practitioner immediately.

Don't put up with it in silence, and don't adjust the needles yourself. Before starting, ask which sensations you should report. During the session, describe how you actually feel. We want your honest feedback, not a reluctant, I'm fine.

The video is the practitioner's own account of their clinical view. It is not diagnosis or treatment advice, and it is not a claim about outcomes.

In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Want to ask about your own case?

Describe it on the phone and the practitioner will say whether it is worth coming in.
