Privacy, terms and how booking works
Kept short so it actually gets read. If anything is unclear, call and ask.

What we collect, and why
The site itself
This is a static website. There are no accounts, no forms, no online booking and no advertising trackers. Reading it requires nothing from you.
When you call or come in
To arrange treatment and issue receipts, the clinic records your name, contact details, treatment notes, and whatever a claim needs — BC Services Card number, ICBC claim number, extended health policy details. Those are used for treatment, billing and claims, and nothing else.
Not passed on
Unless the law requires it, or it is necessary to process your own insurance claim, your information is not given to third parties. Clinical records are kept as BC law and CCHPBC require.
Access and correction
You may see what the clinic holds about you and ask for corrections. Call the clinic to arrange it.

What this site is, and is not
General information, not a diagnosis
Everything on this site — articles, videos, condition pages — is general health information. It is not a diagnosis, not treatment advice, and not a substitute for being assessed in person. Whether any service suits you depends on an individual assessment by a registered practitioner.
No promises about results
Nothing here guarantees an outcome. Results vary, and the same treatment can do quite different things for different people.
The videos
The interviews are the practitioners describing their own clinical view. They are not a claim about outcomes and they are not about any particular case.
External links
This site links to the CCHPBC public register and to YouTube. Those sites are run by their own operators; their content and privacy practices are outside our control.
Things change
Fees, insurance rules and opening hours can change. What the clinic currently states takes precedence — if in doubt, call.
Booking
Booking is a phone call
How to book
Choose the booking line for your service and say what is going on and when suits you. There is no online booking system — the phone is faster, and the practitioner can tell you on the spot whether coming in is worth it.
Clinic hours and appointments
Monday–Sunday 10:00–19:30
Please call to confirm appointment times for your practitioner and service.
Acute injury
For an acute sprain you can call Dr. Kong directly on 604-306-5343。
Changing or cancelling
Please call at least 24 hours ahead if you need to change or cancel. Earlier is better — someone else is usually waiting for that slot.
Fees, tax and payment
GST is added to the posted fees. Credit card and cash are both accepted. What anything costs is explained before it starts.
Does the site store my information?
No. It is a static site — no forms, no accounts, no database. Your information is only recorded by the clinic when you call or come in.
Can I have my clinical record deleted?
Clinical records have a legally required retention period and cannot simply be deleted. You can see them and ask for corrections.
When were these last updated?
17 September 2026. They are revised whenever fees or insurance rules change.
