Your appointment is over. Before you leave, do you know what to watch for next? I'm Qiqi Pan at Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic.

Ask about follow-up arrangements, which changes to observe, what to do if you feel unwell, and when to contact us again. If you receive advice about daily activities, ask for specific examples. Ask again if something isn't clear, or make a note on your phone. If something changes afterward, explain when it started, how long it lasts, and how it affects daily life. Be more specific than, Something doesn't feel right.

For severe or steadily worsening symptoms, seek medical help promptly. Don't wait for a social media reply. I hope these videos help you ask clearer questions and understand acupuncture services with greater confidence.

The video is the practitioner's own account of their clinical view. It is not diagnosis or treatment advice, and it is not a claim about outcomes.

In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Want to ask about your own case?

Describe it on the phone and the practitioner will say whether it is worth coming in.
