Remembering a place, getting to know today’s services

A lion dance beneath the old sign and group photographs outside the clinic are fragments of Vancouver life preserved in our collection. The clinic confirms that Kingsway was the former location, before the move. For a visit today, use 6529 Victoria Drive, near East 49th Avenue.

Established in Vancouver in 1993, the clinic has a history worth documenting. These photographs do not establish that today’s practitioners or every current service have been here since then. Nor do they imply an endorsement by anyone pictured. Alongside the archive, we want to make today’s acupuncture, moxibustion and body massage / tui na easier to explore.

Acupuncture in East Vancouver: start with the practitioner

Read our acupuncture service information and meet the current team. The team page includes registered acupuncturist Qi Qi Pan and a link to registration details. Confirm individual availability separately.

Before a visit, ask:

  • Which acupuncturist provides the service you would like to discuss?
  • What does the appointment include, and how are the fee and duration determined?
  • What relevant health information should you mention or bring?

Use our current fees page and your booking confirmation for pricing. Suitability is assessed individually by the acupuncturist; the clinic’s history does not replace that assessment.

Moxibustion on Victoria Drive: ask about the method and setting

If you are looking for moxibustion in East Vancouver, start with the moxibustion service page. Then confirm the method, provider, duration and fee for the session you are considering.

Moxibustion involves heat, and some methods produce smoke. Mention heat or smoke sensitivity and any relevant health concerns before making arrangements. Whether to proceed depends on the individual situation. We do not promise an immunity boost, detoxification or a guaranteed result.

Those practical details help you make a more informed decision than a promotional photograph alone. The archive introduces the clinic’s past; current service information helps you ask the right questions today.

Body massage and tui na

For body massage, explore tui na and Chinese massage in East Vancouver. Tell the team which areas you would like to focus on and your preferred duration. Confirm the provider, scope and fee. If you need an insurance receipt, check provider eligibility and your policy before booking.

Dr. Kong’s bone-setting information remains part of the clinic, with individual appointments. Daily clinic opening does not mean Dr. Kong or every acupuncturist is available each day.
